Founded by Marcus CJ Grant in the heart of Cleveland, Zara Bella Wellness Center, LLC was built on a simple belief: every family deserves clinical care that meets them with dignity, listens deeply, and walks alongside them through every season of healing.

Our team delivers the full continuum of community mental health services authorized under Ohio Administrative Code 5122 — from acute crisis stabilization to long-term therapeutic support — with a special focus on the youth and families who too often fall through the cracks of larger systems.
